Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Kids Learners, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
Some features require a free account, including purchasing premium resources, saving items, and accessing My Library. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and verify your email when asked. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Permitted use
Kids Learners is for educational browsing, printing, and classroom use by parents, teachers, and caregivers. Downloaded files are governed by our License Agreement, which explains what you may do with free and purchased resources.
Prohibited use
You may not scrape or bulk-download the site, attempt to bypass access controls, resell or redistribute site content as your own product, interfere with site security, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Premium purchases
Premium resources require payment before download. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and file usage is governed by our License Agreement. Prices and taxes may be shown at checkout. Deliverables are digital files added to your account after payment. Nothing is shipped physically.
Intellectual property
The Kids Learners website, branding, and curated content are owned by Kids Learners or its licensors. Your rights to printable files are defined in the License Agreement and not by these Terms alone.
Disclaimers
Resources on Kids Learners are for general educational support. They are not professional medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for choosing materials appropriate for your learners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Learners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or downloaded resources. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim, if any.
