License Agreement

This License Agreement explains how you may use worksheets, clipart, stories, guides, and other educational resources on test.kidslearners.com (the “Website”). It applies to free resources and to premium resources you purchase. By downloading, printing, or using any resource, you agree to this Agreement and to our Terms of Service for use of the Website.

Many worksheets, stories, clipart, and guides are free to browse and download for personal and educational use. Free resources are licensed rather than sold and remain owned by Kids Learners. You receive limited permission to use them under the rules below.

Premium resources require payment before download. After a successful purchase, files are delivered digitally to your account and available from My Library. Purchased resources grant a personal and educational use license for the files you bought. Access problems are handled under our Refund Policy; website rules are in our Terms of Service.

Kids Learners grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Content for personal and educational purposes. This license does not transfer ownership and does not allow commercial redistribution.

You may use Content for personal learning at home, homeschool instruction, classroom teaching, printing copies for your students or children, sharing printed handouts with students, and linking to Kids Learners pages when recommending resources. Stories and guides may be read on the site or printed for the same personal and classroom purposes unless a resource page says otherwise.

You may share a link to the Kids Learners page where a resource is available. You may not email, upload, or otherwise share the downloadable PDF, image file, or source file itself. This restriction includes cloud storage, messaging apps, and social media file attachments.

You may not sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute Content as standalone digital or physical products. You may not upload our files to other websites, marketplaces, apps, or platforms. You may not bundle Content into books, courses, memberships, or paid packages. You may not remove branding, watermarks, or copyright notices, create derivative works for redistribution, or claim Content as your own work.

Content is not licensed for commercial use, including selling printed copies, paid memberships, client work, business promotions, or products you sell. For commercial licensing inquiries, email support@kidslearners.com.

All Content on Kids Learners is owned by Kids Learners or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to you. Your rights are limited to the uses described here.

Premium downloads require an account and are tied to your purchase history and My Library. We may update, replace, or remove resources on the Website. If a purchased file becomes unavailable, contact support and review our Refund Policy for access-related help.

This license ends automatically if you violate this Agreement. When it ends, you must stop using the Content and delete downloaded copies in your possession.

Content is provided “as is” for general educational support. It is not professional medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Kids Learners is not responsible for how individuals, schools, or third parties apply the materials.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kids Learners is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Content. Service-level liability limits for use of the Website are described in our Terms of Service.

We may update this License Agreement from time to time. Continued use of downloaded Content after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement for ongoing use.
